These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the online shop ("the Shop") operated by Vita Ramus ("we," "us," or "the store").
By placing an order or using the Shop, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships concerning browsing, product purchases, inquiries, and any other use of the Shop.

Article 2 (Formation of Sales Contract)

The automatic confirmation email sent after order completion does not guarantee the formation of a contract.
A sales contract is formed when we confirm the order and send a shipping notification.
We may cancel an order in the event of stock discrepancies, pricing errors, system failures, input errors, etc.

Article 3 (Pricing & Payment)

Product prices may change without notice.
Payment is limited to the methods displayed on the Shop.
If payment authorization cannot be obtained, the order may be cancelled.

Article 4 (Product Characteristics)

Handmade and natural-material products have individual variations in color, shape, and texture.
Colors may appear different from the actual product depending on your monitor settings.
Size measurements may vary slightly depending on the measurement method.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

All product images, text, logos, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Shop belong to us or their rightful owners.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, reuse, or commercial use is prohibited.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Bulk purchasing for resale purposes
Fraudulent payment, impersonation, or orders with false information
Acts that cause disadvantage or damage to us or third parties
Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shop
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of products.
Metal allergies and similar reactions vary by individual; we are not responsible for any issues arising from use.
We are not responsible for shipping delays (weather, disasters, transportation, customs, carrier circumstances, etc.).
We are not responsible for service interruptions or delays due to communication lines or system failures.
