- Made-to-order items: according to the timeframe stated on each product page
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays

If a tracking number is available, we will notify you by email after shipment.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may apply depending on promotions or order conditions.
Please note that import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times for international shipping vary by region and customs processing.
Orders typically arrive within 7–14 days after shipment, though this may vary due to customs clearance and other factors.

5. Incorrect Address / Extended Absence
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or extended absence, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- If we do not hear from you within 30 days of return, the order may be treated as cancelled.
- In such cases, round-trip shipping and various fees may be deducted from the refund.
6. Responsibility After Delivery
We cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery after the carrier's tracking information shows "Delivered."
7. Shipping Delays
We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by disasters, bad weather, transportation conditions, carrier circumstances, or holiday periods such as year-end and long holidays.
