Production Process
Please provide your name, requirements, and questions as accurately as possible. For production inquiries, please attach reference images, photographs, and materials showing the desired dimensions and scale.
Based on your inquiry, we will confirm the material, dimensions, quantity, delivery schedule, packaging specifications, and other requirements before preparing a quotation. CAD creation and sample production fees are generally payable in advance.
CAD data will be created based on the approved specifications. The shape, dimensions, and structure finalized at this stage will be reproduced almost exactly in mass production. Please request any necessary revisions during this stage.
After approval of the CAD data, a sample can be produced. If specification changes or remanufacturing are required after sample completion, additional CAD and sample production fees may apply.
After sample approval, mass production begins. Changes to specifications are generally not accepted once mass production has started. Upon completion, the products are inspected and delivered according to the agreed method.
